Mr. K’Ouma is a Water Engineering graduate from Orange Free State University in South Africa, with over 10 years of experience in water resource and project management. His expertise spans project identification, formulation, monitoring, evaluation, and overall management. He has worked extensively in surface and groundwater assessment, including the sizing of weirs, river gauging, dam and borehole siting, preparation of drilling cost estimates and programmes, borehole design, and supervision of drilling operations.

Since joining Wotatech Services in 2002 as Managing Director, Mr. K’Ouma has led numerous water projects across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. Prior to this, he held key roles at three respected drilling firms in Kenya: Vortex Drilling (later merged with Mowlem E.A. Ltd), Sparr Drilling Co. Ltd, and Hydro Water Well (K) Ltd. Notably, he was instrumental in setting up, organizing, and managing operations at Sparr and Hydro, contributing significantly to their growth and project success
